*Has been announced that Miley Cyrus will be performing "So The World May Hear" (translated as "what the world should listen " or something like that), a charity gala organized by the Starkey Hearing Foundation, an organization of which our idol is a member.
The event will be held on date and July 24 in St. Paul, Minnesota, and will be open to the public, for which tickets are now available in the United States.
