we have previously published the new version of Who Owns My Heart video that appears in a more electronica and dance.
Thomas Sturges, the guy Miley apparently had a relationship for about 2 and half years, opened part of the video.

Through Twitter account @ ThomasASturges, the young had participated in the creation of this video, which makes us think that is whom apparently Miley dances and kisses, who initially was believed to be actor Avan Jogia, but these theories last 2 left in sound quality.
