Some time ago, the Virgin Music Awards have their ballots open, and the Best Video category is nominatednothing more and nothing less than Can not Be Tamed. The surprise is that also Miley is winning the votes so far, taking more than 50% of the vote, although this does not mean that success is already assumed, since it is getting closer to the Telephone video Lady Gaga.
